Job Description Receptionist/Office Assistant

Leading Immigration Law firm in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for a highly motivated self starter to join our team and grow their experience in the world of immigration. Candidates should possess the following qualites: command of the Spanish Language strong customer service skills attention to detail in a fast paced environment exceptional organizational skills an ability to work well with other team members familiarity with database management systems (CRM) Responsibilities include, but not be limited to phones, translations, interpreting, copies, filings, etc. The ideal candidate will be open to possible advancement and training as a full-time legal assistant. Must be able to be an independent multitasker in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Immigration recommended ALL APPLICATIONS WILL REMAIN CONFIDENTIAL
